High-Intensity Cardio-Aerobic Training (HICAT®) consists of bursts of stair climbing, squats, lunges, and burpees, designed to burn more fat by boosting your metabolism, up to 48-hours after completing a HICAT® routine.

Completing a HICAT® routine requires giving more than what you got, 200% effort. It's not for the weak in spirit and body.

Wearable technology are smart electronic devices that can be worn on the body to measure and track your overall health and fitness performance. Benefits include being able to track your heart rate, activity level, number of steps covered, respiratory rate, muscle rate, and fatigue. Many of these devices can sync with other electronics so you can view your progress toward your overall fitness goals.



Wearing a weighted vest can help develop strength, endurance, and cardio. By adding this extra mass to your body, it can help influence the way your muscles stress and strain during your stair climbing workout. The added weight increases the force at which you exert yourself which leads to faster energy depletion, which leads to overall positive results.



Wearing ankle weights during a workout can be one of the most essential tools in creating toned, lean legs and a lifted butt. The added weight will allow muscles to activate and work just hard enough to become prominent without breaking down and bulking, allowing you to feel muscles that you normally keep dormant.
