Our state-of-the-art fitness center includes a 10 Story Climate Controlled Stair Climbing Tower that is parallel to a 10,000 square foot state of the art gym designed to give our vertical climbers a full-body workout.

Vertical One Fitness is a revolutionary new fitness concept that focuses on our 10-story climate controlled Stair Climbing Tower. There is nothing like it anywhere IN THE WORLD!

The 10 story tower provides a safe, well lit, climate controlled environment, that allows members to experience a cardio workout in comfort away from the weather elements (heat, rain, snow, cold), and exercise in a safe facility away from the danger of motor vehicles. With a U-shaped configuration, staircases will be separated by those walking up versus those walking down - so you'll never have to worry about crowding.

Each individual staircase contains intermittent landings - which creates a more intense climbing experience. With ample lighting and music, vertical climbers will get in the zone while tracking their performance with their wearable technology.

VOF's weight training areas include HICAT® Training (High Intensity Cardio Aerobic Training), a modern locker room, a beautiful reception area, and a juice and protein shake bar.
